Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and local attractions to enhance the client experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best options for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to provide informed recommendations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while traveling. Utilize sales techniques to promote travel packages and upsell additional services. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and familiarity with various destinations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Proficiency in using booking software and online travel resources.
