Travel Consultant

As a Customer Success Associate in our company located in Sector-57, Noida, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to domestic travel. Your key responsibilities will include: - Addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. - Providing prompt and accurate information regarding travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies. - Ensuring excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Travel Domain. - GDS Certification and strong knowledge of GDS tools and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). - Strong communication and articulation skills. - Must clear Versant Level 5 Communication Assessment. - Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
