Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. You’ll provide expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and travel packages — ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, memorable, and hassle-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities:Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions. Design customized travel itineraries for individuals, families, and corporate clients. Provide up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and COVID/travel regulations. Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and travel insurance. Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies professionally. Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel documents. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and travel suppliers. Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel technologies.
