Travel and Expense Audit Specialist

As a Travel & Expense Audit Specialist at Dassault Systmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering, located in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic finance shared services environment. Under the finance function, we cater to various streams such as Sales business administration, Finance shared services, License compliance, and Services, offering top-notch policies, timely service, and cost-efficient processes to stakeholders worldwide. Based in Hinjewadi, Pune-India, this role provides a unique opportunity for global exposure, collaborating with professionals from diverse geographies to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include auditing DS Global Travel & Expense Geo specific Travel Policies and rules, approving travel & expense reports, identifying areas for improvement, documenting business processes, maintaining SLA & KPI standards, ensuring compliance, interacting with employees regarding expense reports, creating accruals, capitalizing knowledge, handling IT tickets/employee queries, and more. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered), have 2 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting streams, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, cross-functional teamwork abilities, and a commitment to high-quality deliverables. Immediate joiners with Bcom/ BCA / Mcom/ MBA-Finance / MBA-Marketing backgrounds will be preferred.
