Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Chandigarh, India. The Travel Agent will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including holiday packages, hotel reservations, air tickets, car rentals, and more. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, handling travel inquiries, and promoting sales of travel-related services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle Reservations and Travel Arrangements proficiently
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience in managing travel-related inquiries
• Working knowledge of Car Rental booking and related services
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to promote and sell travel packages and services
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is an asset
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
