Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Travel Agent to provide exceptional travel services to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning trips, booking transportation, accommodations, and providing travel-related guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client travel requirements and provide tailored travel solutions.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages for clients.
• Offer advice on travel options, destinations, costs, and travel insurance.
• Handle travel documentation such as visas, passports, and tickets.
• Maintain relationships with travel service providers to get the best deals.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and visa regulations.
• Manage client inquiries, complaints, and provide post-travel assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations.
