Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent/Travel Sales Executive located in Rohini. The Travel Agent/Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for making reservations, handling travel arrangements, managing car rentals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes generating sales and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental processes
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
