Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent/Travel Sales Executive, located in Rohini. The Travel Agent/Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for making travel arrangements, including reservations, car rentals, and accommodations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will need to work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and offer appropriate travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in making Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Knowledge of Car Rental procedures
• Strong Sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
