About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Advisor to join our team. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel planning, offering customized solutions, and ensuring they enjoy seamless holiday experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and itineraries.
• Advise customers on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essential documentation.
• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours, transfers).
• Prepare cost-effective quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, products, and offers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Upsell add-ons like excursions, activities, and premium services to maximize client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with DMCs, airlines, hotels, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Any relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Travel Advisor / Travel Consultant / Sales Executive in tourism.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations (Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, etc. preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS/Booking systems (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
