🚀 We’re Hiring – Travel Advisors! 🚀iFlyNow is looking for 15 enthusiastic graduates to kick-start their careers in travel sales—with practical sales exposure, structured training, and a clear path to full-time employment. ✔ Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred) ✔ Age: 19–30 years ✔ Good English communication skills (other languages a plus) ✔ Fresher or experienced candidates welcome ✔ Must live within 30 minutes of our office (Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane) 📌 Training Structure Program: International Travel Advisor Training 💰 Training Allowance: ₹700 per day ⏳ Initial 7 Days: If filtered out within the first 7 days, no pay will be given. ✅ Continuation: If continued beyond 7 days, ₹700/day will be paid from Day 1. 🌙 Night Shift During Training: Additional ₹200 allowance per night. 📝 Evaluation: Tests and exams will be conducted through various methods. 🎯 Confirmation: Successful completion of 1 month of training will lead to full employment. 📌 Post-Employment Terms 💼 Salary (Fixed): ₹21,000 per month 🌙 Night Allowance: Up to ₹7,500 (max) 🌅 Early Allowance: Up to ₹2,600 (max) 💰 Total Earning Potential (Fixed): ₹31,100 per month 🎯 Incentives: Additional sales incentives. 🕐 Rotational Shifts: Males: 10PM/ 1 AM / 4 AM / 5 AM Females: 5AM/ 6AM/ 7AM 📌 Role Overview As a Travel Advisor, you’ll handle inbound flight-booking queries and convert them into confirmed sales—ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. 📌 Key Responsibilities • Convert inbound calls into confirmed bookings • Share best fare options & flight availability • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets • Maintain accurate booking records in company systems • Follow sales process & compliance standards • Enhance product knowledge through training & coaching 📌 Perks & Benefits ✅ Comprehensive health insurance ✅ Paid sick leave & leave encashment ✅ Growth-oriented work environment with uncapped incentives 📩 Interested?
