Role Overview The Travel Advisor will be responsible for converting inbound air ticketing queries into confirmed sales. The role is purely sales-driven and rewards high achievers with uncapped incentives. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales will thrive in this performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities · Handle inbound calls and convert them into successful flight bookings. · Share best fare options and flight availability based on customer requirements. · Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. · Maximize revenue by leveraging exclusive airline contracts and offers. · Ensure strict adherence to sales process, call structure, and compliance standards. · Maintain accurate records of bookings in the company system. · Actively participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Key Requirements · Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism / Hospitality). · 0–3 years of experience in air ticket sales / travel sales / BPO sales process. (Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome.) · Excellent spoken English (additional languages will be an advantage.) · Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. · Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of GDS will be preferred. · Comfortable working in early morning and night shifts.
