Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the transportation operations of an organization. This includes managing fleet operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing logistics efficiency, and leading a team of drivers and support staff.
Requirements:
1. Oversee daily transportation activities, including vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and routing.
2. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service efficiency.
3. Address and resolve transportation-related customer complaints and issues.
4. Collaborate with other departments to align transport strategies with company goals.
Note: Work schedule may include extended hours, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
