Transport Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all transportation operations within the company.
• Supervise and schedule drivers and vehicles for timely delivery and pickups.
• Optimize routes and load planning to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and comply with safety and legal standards.
• Monitor transport costs and prepare reports on expenses, fuel usage, and efficiency.
• Handle transport-related issues such as delays, breakdowns, and driver performance.
• Ensure compliance with RTO, labor laws, and environmental and transport safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other departments for transport needs.
• Maintain records related to fleet usage, maintenance, insurance, and driver logs.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate transport staff including drivers and support personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
