Job Description

Shri Sai College of Nursing & Paramedical College is looking for a responsible and experienced Transport In-Charge to manage and oversee the daily transportation operations of the institution. The candidate will ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules for buses and drivers
Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, serviced, and road-worthy
Monitor driver performance and maintain discipline
Manage fuel usage, logbooks, and transport-related documentation
Handle transport-related emergencies quickly and effectively
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and institutional policies
Liaise with management regarding transport requirements and improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum: Graduate or Diploma (any field)
3+ years of experience in transport supervision/transport management (preferred)
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and route planning
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle emergencies and manage teams
Familiarity with RTO rules and safety standards

Salary

Competitive and based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
