Principal - Paramedical

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our Paramedical College. The ideal candidate will provide strong academic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an environment that promotes high-quality education and professional development for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee academic and administrative operations of the paramedical institute
• Ensure compliance with all relevant government, university, and council regulations
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor faculty and staff
• Develop curriculum and training programs that meet industry standards
• Promote research, innovation, and skill-based learning
• Manage budgets, resources, and institutional planning
• Maintain high standards of discipline, ethics, and educational quality
• Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare centers, and industry partners for clinical training and placements

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant Paramedical/Allied Health Science discipline (PhD preferred)
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching/administrative experience in a paramedical or healthcare educational institution
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (such as Paramedical Council, University norms, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in institutional accreditation and quality assurance
• Ability to lead faculty development and student engagement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in academic planning and academic audits
