Faculty – Department of Psychology

Shri Sai College of Nursing and Paramedical is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Psychology Faculty Member to join our academic team. The candidate will teach Psychology courses to students enrolled in various paramedical programs and contribute to academic development, mentorship, and research activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Psychology relevant to paramedical and allied health sciences.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic committees.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and student development activities.
• Maintain academic records and support accreditation processes.

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or General).
• Ph.D. preferred (for senior positions).

Experience:

• Teaching experience in a college/university setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in healthcare-related fields.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
