Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the transport department.
Plan and schedule vehicle routes for timely delivery and pickup.
Maintain and monitor vehicle documentation (RC, insurance, permits, etc.).
Coordinate with drivers and resolve any issues that arise during transport.
Track vehicle movement using GPS or logbook systems.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
Handle maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
Maintain records of fuel usage, mileage, service, and transport expenses.
Liaise with other departments like dispatch, logistics, and warehouse for smooth operations.
Prepare daily and monthly transport reports for management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
Route planning and time management
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
