Quality Management Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control principles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis, design, and construction practices. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, documentation, and collaboration. Attention to detail: Meticulousness in reviewing drawings, inspecting work, and documenting findings. Experience: Prior experience in structural engineering, construction quality control or a related field is often preferred. Proficiency in Software: Experience with CAD and structural analysis software is often expected.
