Requirements

Experience in any of the following areas will be a great fit:

• Native-level fluency in Hindi or English
• Strong command of English (for Hindi role)
• Background in translation, writing, journalism, editing, or related fields
• Completed or currently enrolled in a humanities, writing, or cultural studies program
• Graduate studies in creative writing a plus
• Currently residing in India
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer (Chromebooks not supported)

What You’ll Do

• Annotate text, image, and video content in Hindi or English following detailed instructions (e.g., bounding boxes, handwriting transcription, summarization)
• Evaluate AI-generated language for factual accuracy, clarity, tone, and cultural relevance
• Apply analytical reasoning and linguistic expertise to improve AI model performance
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours
