Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and actively participate in all training sessions related to clinic operations, systems, and workflows.
Document processes in detail to create accurate and user-friendly SOPs for various operational functions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and operations teams to validate and refine SOPs.
Support the transition of clinic operations by ensuring all documentation is complete, accessible, and aligned with business requirements.
Identify gaps in training or documentation and propose solutions to address them.
Maintain version control and updates of SOPs as processes evolve.
Assist in knowledge transfer activities and onboarding of new team members using the developed SOPs.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in all documentation.

Skills Required:

Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to grasp complex processes and translate them into clear, structured SOPs.
Experience in healthcare operations or transitions (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office tools and documentation platforms.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and geographies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in process documentation, transitions, or healthcare operations.
