Transformation & Process Excellence Specialist

You are hiring for a leadership role with a Global Capability Center (GCC) of a leading Asset Management firm in Mumbai/ Pune. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end process transformation and automation initiatives for the asset management business. You will own and execute strategic programs with measurable business impact such as cost reduction, efficiency, and risk mitigation. It will also be your responsibility to govern the automation delivery lifecycle and align it with enterprise strategy and outcomes. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement emerging automation tools (AI/ML, low-code platforms) to future-proof operations. Engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and adoption of automation solutions will also be crucial. You are expected to foster digital awareness, build automation capability across teams, and drive cultural change. Managing program budgets, resource planning, MIS/reporting, and risk mitigation strategies will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate profile for this role includes 15+ years of experience, with a significant portion in the asset management/ investment banking/ capital markets domain and process transformation. You should have a strong background in Intelligent Automation, RPA, AI/ML platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions. Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other process excellence methodologies is required. Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and global stakeholder relationships (CXO-level) will be beneficial. A strong understanding of SDLC, business architecture, and automation trends is necessary. Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps is a plus. Excellent leadership, program management, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities are essential for this role.
