As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end process transformation and automation initiatives specific to the asset management business. Your key responsibilities will include owning and executing strategic programs aimed at achieving measurable business impact such as cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. You will be tasked with governing the automation delivery lifecycle and ensuring alignment with the enterprise strategy and desired outcomes. Additionally, you will be required to evaluate and implement emerging automation tools, such as AI/ML and low-code platforms, to ensure the future-proofing of operations. Engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and drive adoption of automation solutions will also be a crucial aspect of your role. It will be essential for you to promote digital awareness, cultivate automation capabilities across teams, and facilitate cultural change within the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing program budgets, resource planning, MIS/reporting, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 15+ years of relevant experience, with a significant portion of it in the asset management/investment banking/capital markets domain, focusing on process transformation. Your background should include expertise in Intelligent Automation, RPA, AI/ML platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions. Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other process excellence methodologies will be highly beneficial. Experience in managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and handling global stakeholder relationships up to the CXO level is essential. A strong understanding of SDLC, business architecture, and current automation trends will be advantageous. Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps would be considered a plus.
