AVP & VP - Business Transformations

As a potential candidate for a leadership role with a Global Capability Center of a leading Asset Management firm in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end process transformation and automation initiatives for the asset management business. - Own and execute strategic programs with measurable business impact such as cost reduction, efficiency, and risk mitigation. - Govern the automation delivery lifecycle and align it with enterprise strategy and outcomes. - Evaluate and implement emerging automation tools such as AI/ML and low-code platforms to future-proof operations. - Engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and adoption of automation solutions. - Foster digital awareness, build automation capability across teams, and drive cultural change. - Manage program budgets, resource planning, MIS/reporting, and risk mitigation strategies. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 15+ years of experience, with a significant portion in the asset management/capital markets domain and process transformation. - Strong background in Intelligent Automation, RPA, AI/ML platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions. - Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other process excellence methodologies. - Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and global stakeholder relationships at a CXO-level. - Strong understanding of SDLC, business architecture, and automation trends. - Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps is a plus. - Excellent leadership, program management, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
