Good to have skills:English, Transformation PMO, Culture Fit & Relevant skills Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated Team Lead/Consultant to join the Transformation Office as a Value Realization Specialist. The role involves shaping value trees from initiative charters, aligning KPIs, and ensuring clarity on definitions and tracking frequencies. Proficiency in Accentures Momentum tool is essential, including setup, updates, and report navigation. Strong Excel, presentation skills, and proactive stakeholder engagement are key to driving measurable impact across transformation initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive strategic transformation planning aligned to business outcomes. Develop value trees to capture and track value realization. Define KPIs and ensure alignment with initiative teams. Monitor performance and support decisions with data analysis. Own value narrative and drive regular value updates. Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and impact. Create concise, executive-ready presentations and reports. Professional & Technical Skills: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field Proficiency in Accenture's Value Realization Tool - Momentum. Strong understanding of value trees and KPI alignment. Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work proactively with varied stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: Experience in a transformation office or similar role. Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
