Description
You will be a highly motivated and Strategic Programs Specialist joining our Transformation Office. In this internal role, you will act as a trusted program advisor for high-impact, global strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include leading and driving the development, execution, and successful delivery of transformation journeys for key strategic programs. You will serve as a key liaison between program stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration to maximize value realization and achieve program goals. Engaging closely with Business Operations, you will facilitate strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and operational excellence. Your role will involve shaping and refining key initiatives by working cross-functionally to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables that drive impactful business results. You will take full accountability for monthly reporting, providing clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Leveraging a deep understanding of Accenture's operations, technology, and market positioning, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust across diverse teams. Utilizing advanced reporting tools and methodologies, you will track progress, measure success, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, focusing on driving value realization and delivering strategic outcomes. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is essential. Additionally, you should have strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with expertise in storyboarding, content visualization, curation, and publishing. The ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations is crucial. You should possess analytical thinking skills to analyze and resolve moderately complex challenges using data-driven insights and critical thinking. A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and adapt existing methods to meet evolving needs is desired. Understanding the strategic direction set by senior leadership and aligning team goals with organizational priorities to drive meaningful impact is important. Experience in interacting with stakeholders, engaging with peers, management, and clients both within Accenture and externally is valuable. You should be able to make informed decisions that impact the team, manage small teams and/or projects with autonomy, and focus on achieving team objectives.,
