You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, focusing on driving value realization and delivering strategic outcomes. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is essential. Additionally, you should have strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with expertise in storyboarding, content visualization, curation, and publishing. The ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations is crucial. You should possess analytical thinking skills to analyze and resolve moderately complex challenges using data-driven insights and critical thinking. A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and adapt existing methods to meet evolving needs is desired. Understanding the strategic direction set by senior leadership and aligning team goals with organizational priorities to drive meaningful impact is important. Experience in interacting with stakeholders, engaging with peers, management, and clients both within Accenture and externally is valuable.
