For our business, for clients, and for you Transfer Agency Tech Analyst LocationPune Experience3-7 years Industry/DomainDeep Pool (HWM) Mantra, Purview, Investor services/Reporting Apex Group Ltd has an immediate requirement for Transfer Agency Tech Analyst. Functional/Business Expertise Required Good understanding of fund administration systems and the transfer agency process Good understanding of Transfer Agency software such as Deep Pool Mantra / Purview Good understanding/writing experience in Mantra/Purview reporting Good understanding of processing Investor transactions ( Subscription,Redemptions,Transafers ) Better understanding of Orders and pricing Better understanding of estimate, final NAV & Profit loss allocation Good understanding of fund structure Better understanding of FACTA and investor screening A high level of familiarity with global anti-money laundering and KYC standard Worked on transfer Agency software upgrade & migration. Experience and Knowledge: 3-7 years of related experience in Investor Services and Fund Admin. Experience in setup and maintenance of fund/Investor Data on transfer agency system. Good experience in Class, Legal Entity, Portfolio, Contact setup and working. Experience in set up of Mantra Web profiles & report setup Experience in SSIS Jobs setup and maintenance Experience in Import jobs monitoring and processing Connect with operation to understand & resolve their issues. Strong command on SQL, DBA and advance Excel Connect with auditors & able to handle their queries. Expertise in Market Value, Performance, Management Fee calculations. Able to handle reporting issue/New requirement raised by operations. Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Create and maintain Business documentation, including user manuals and guides. Other Skills: Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional, and global basis.
