As a Regulatory Reporting Group Manager specializing in (THE PRODUCT), you will be responsible for managing complex and critical professional disciplinary areas within Services Operations. You will lead and direct a team of professionals, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the function and their interactions to achieve objectives. Your role will involve applying in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions and maintaining strong commercial awareness. You will be primarily accountable for delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions. Excellent communication skills are essential for negotiating internally, often at a senior level, and some external communication may be necessary. You will have control over resources, policy formulation, and planning, primarily affecting a sub-function. Your responsibilities will include short- to medium-term planning, full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, and involvement in various aspects of management such as budgeting, planning, performance evaluation, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide regulatory reports across Citibank Services products. - Communicate implications of existing and opposed regulations to executive management and develop potential responses. - Own regulatory reporting project management, including business requirements, analysis, and testing for delivery of regulatory solutions. - Analyze new risk-related guidelines, best practice standards, rules, and regulations. - Direct the approach to answering questions and involve appropriate Risk functions in Citi with audits and regulators. - Manage various deliverables for Regulatory Reporting and participate in the rationalization of End User Computing (EUCs) used for Regulatory Reporting. - Interact significantly with senior bank and risk management colleagues, as well as external stakeholders like regulators and auditors. - Initiate feedback sessions with clients to understand strengths and areas for improvement, leveraging feedback to drive organizational change. - Identify and sponsor development opportunities for key individuals, influencing organization initiatives for talent development and skill refinement. - Assess risks in business decisions, maintaining particular consideration for the firm's reputation and effectively supervising others to uphold standards. - Collaborate with country stakeholders to assess, manage, and ensure resolution paths for all risks and issues. - Actively participate in final report design to ensure compliance with regulations. - Assess Critical Data Elements (CDE) and raise Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRM) when issues are identified. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of relevant experience. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Thorough knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting with experience in business and/or technical areas desired. - Familiarity with the regulatory landscape facing global banks, ideally with experience in the banking industry or regulatory institutions. - Previous experience in managing Regulatory Inspections and Audits within a financial services company. - Professional ability and presence to interact with Senior Bank, Regulatory, and Audit Management. - Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines. - Relationship management skills with the ability to build partnerships across the business and key functional areas. - Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.
