Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately and within defined timelines. Validate and verify documents and transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain records of all transactions and prepare regular reports. Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards during processing. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in transactions. Support audits and provide documentation as needed. Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, compliance, and customer service. Continuously improve process efficiency and suggest improvements. Monitor and meet daily performance metrics and KPIs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 13 years of experience in transaction processing, back-office operations, or financial services. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills.
