As a Transaction Advisory Manager specializing in Valuations and Financial Due Diligence (FDD), your role will involve managing engagements related to M&A, investments, and strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and developing strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Valuation Services** - Lead business, equity, and asset valuations for various purposes such as M&A, financial reporting, and strategic planning. - Apply different valuation methodologies including DCF, trading comparable, precedent transactions, NAV, etc. - Review and validate financial models prepared by analysts/associates. - Draft valuation reports in compliance with international standards (IVS, RICS, IFRS, etc.). - **Financial Due Diligence (FDD)** - Manage buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects. - Assess quality of earnings, working capital, debt, and net asset positions. - Identify key business drivers, risks, and deal considerations for clients. - Prepare detailed due diligence reports highlighting findings and recommendations. - **Client & Business Development** - Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, private equity, and investment firms. - Support proposal writing, pitch presentations, and thought leadership initiatives. - Identify cross-selling opportunities with other service lines such as tax, audit, and consulting. - **Team Leadership** - Supervise, mentor, and coach junior team members to enhance technical and client-facing skills. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality output. - Provide training in valuation techniques, financial modeling, and due diligence. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Professional qualification preferred: ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent. - 6-9 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Valuation, or FDD, preferably with a Big 4 or leading advisory firm. - Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. - Excellent report writing and presentation skills. - Familiarity with IFRS and regulatory requirements for valuation/transactions. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
