Training Senior Associate

Role Overview: As a Training Senior Associate at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for delivering monthly Language, Voice and Accent classroom/virtual training. You will support the business through daily call monitoring and floor activity, while working closely with the team and business requestors. Your role will involve reporting and tracking training effectiveness, conducting interviews for new hires, and maintaining regular communication with the floor and trainees to facilitate improvement through coaching, feedback, and communication-based projects. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver monthly Language, Voice and Accent classroom/virtual training - Support business through daily call monitoring and floor activity - Report and track training effectiveness - Conduct interviews for new hires - Maintain continuous communication with the floor and trainees to enhance improvement through coaching, feedback, and communication-based projects Qualifications Required: - Voice and Accent Training Delivery, Excellent communication skills, Excellent Facilitation/training skills - Coaching and Feedback skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Content Development skills Additional Details: Instructional design skills are considered nice-to-have for this role. Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am IST, with the possibility of working weekends based on business requirements.
