Job Description

Deliver structured induction, life skills, using Magic Bus curriculum, tailoring content to local needs while ensuring session outcomes and youth engagement through innovative, interactive methods.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, create Personal Development Plans, and provide career guidance in collaboration with counsellors to help youth make informed career or education choices.
Support youth in achieving skills training, mentoring, and job/further education placements, working closely with Placement and Partnership Officers to secure opportunities and ensure retention for six months.
Monitor attendance, review progress, address dropout risks, and mobilize youth from communities, building strong, trusted relationships throughout their engagement with the programme.
Maintain accurate data and reports, follow standard processes, contribute to programme improvement, and act as a positive role model demonstrating professionalism, commitment, and problem-solving skills.
