Training Officer – Electronics & Communication

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in Electronics & Communication.

• Manage and oversee the training program for electronics and communication students.
• Develop and implement effective training plans to enhance student knowledge and skills.
• Conduct theory classes and evaluate lab exercises for trainees.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor and guide students to achieve their academic goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of training programs.
• Prepare failed students for supplementary examinations by creating a plan, conducting preparatory tests, and presenting progress reports.
• Maintain relevant IMS documents related to assigned work and submit necessary information to the IMS coordinator through the Department head by the 1st week of the month.
• Serve as a mentor for concerned trainees and maintain records pertaining to that.
• Function as a coordinator for section quality circle and monitor activities such as the display of all trainees, time book of all trainees, lab manuals and theory files of all trainees, and recommend leave vacation and outgoing passes for trainees.

• Strong knowledge of Electronics & Communication principles and practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Educational qualifications: B.E, Diploma, M.Tech.
