Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Gurgaon and Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience training students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.

Roles and Responsibility

Train 10th/12th passed out students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
Develop and implement effective training programs to meet student needs.
Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of training plans.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in Automotive Manufacturing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the auto industry.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical and automobile subjects.
Excellent communication and guiding skills.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Experience in production, preferably in the auto industry.
A B.E or Diploma degree is required.
Age: Minimum 26 years old.
