Job Description

Responsibilities Training Needs Analysis: Assessing the training needs of service personnel to identify areas where improvement is needed. Curriculum Development: Creating and updating training curricula based on technical advancements and industry best practices. Training Delivery: Delivering engaging and informative training sessions, including classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and online learning modules. Performance Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and identifying areas for improvement. Resource Management: Managing training budgets, facilities, and resources. Collaboration: Working with service managers, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training implementation. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of automobiles, including engine systems, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools. Training and Instructional Skills: Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs. Minimum 5 years experience Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with trainees and other stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical problems encountered during training. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate training teams. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Training & development: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
