As a Training and Development Specialist at our company, your role involves various responsibilities: - Training Needs Analysis: You will be assessing the training needs of service personnel to identify areas where improvement is needed. - Curriculum Development: Your task will include creating and updating training curricula based on technical advancements and industry best practices. - Training Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions, including classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and online learning modules. - Performance Evaluation: Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of training programs and identifying areas for improvement. - Resource Management: You will be managing training budgets, facilities, and resources efficiently. - Collaboration: Working closely with service managers, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training implementation is a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of automobiles, including engine systems, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools is essential. - Training and Instructional Skills: You should have a proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with trainees and stakeholders. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical problems encountered during training is crucial. - Leadership Skills: You should have the ability to lead and motivate training teams effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Kochi, Kerala. A Diploma is preferred for education, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in training & development is preferred.
