You will play a key role in coaching staff and managers to deliver exceptional service, maintain operational excellence, and promote a culture of continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute structured training programs for all restaurant staff. - Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team members on service standards, operations, and leadership skills. - Identify skill gaps and create learning initiatives to address them. - Monitor the effectiveness of training and track improvements in staff performance. - Ensure all employees are well-informed about SOPs, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols. - Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and support continuous professional development initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in hospitality training or learning & development. - Thorough understanding of restaurant operations and a commitment to service excellence. - Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities. - A genuine passion for staff development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
