Job Description

Mother Hub (MH) Training Manager Supply Chain (Learning & Development)

Role Overview

Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage the
Mother Hub training calendar
aligned with operational priorities.
Ensure new pickers complete
simulation-based & on-the-job training within 3 days
, using Learning Zones and visual aids.
Conduct
monthly training needs identification
with MH leadership and address skill/knowledge gaps.
Deliver
refresher programs, process trainings, and product launch sessions
.
Conduct
quarterly knowledge assessments
and reinforce critical processes where required.
Evaluate
post-training performance data
and implement corrective actions.
Lead
weekly training reviews
with MH leadership and ensure timely closure of action items.
Guide and monitor
Process Trainers & Associate Trainers
while collaborating with MH Operations to reduce damages, improve quality, and control shrinkage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in
training delivery, warehouse operations, or process excellence
in supply chain/logistics.
Strong knowledge of MH processes:
inward, outward, inventory control, liquidation
.
Experience in
designing & executing floor-based training, simulation modules, and assessments
.
Ability to work closely with operations teams and
influence outcomes through capability building
.
Proficient in
tracking training effectiveness using operational data
.
Excellent
communication, facilitation, and team management
skills.
