Core Responsibilities Responsible for Agency Building for the assigned Branches and Locations Participating in Distribution building Activities to help Sales Teams Organizing & overseeing the adoption of Induction Training programs Tracking the field Activities & Business Progress of assigned Advisors & Leaders Conducting Trainings and Demo Calls on a daily basis (for Advisors & Leaders) Organizing Collaborative meetings with Sales and Training Teams Responsibility in Agency Building Advisor Onboarding and Hand holding them till 3 Months Leader Onboarding and Hand holding them till 6 Months Responsibility of conducting and overseeing Training Interventions & Operations Conducting the Required Training Interventions Governing & Reporting the Training activities Responsibility of reporting all admin and field call activities Preparing Monthly training and Travel calendars Recruiting Consultant Trainers to conduct IC 38 sessions Organizing 25 hrs Training Program for Advisors to get Licensing from IRDA Report the Trainings and settle the vendor invoices by co-ordinating with HO Training Operations team Reporting all Role related Admin activities from time to time Requirements Personal Attributes & Competencies Go-getter High on energy with positive outlook. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills Team player with ability to network across the organization. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) - Should be a Graduate (any discipline) - 1-2 Years of Life Insurance Sales Training or - 2-3 years of Experience in Life/General Insurance Sales - Must have knowledge of IC38 & Insurance Products - Having Insurance Sales Experience is added advantage. He/she should have got promoted at-least once in Insurance Sales career
