Role/Job Title

– Training Manager-Cross Sell COE

Function/Department

- Turbo Cross Sell

Job Purpose

Training Batch Certification and new agents First month performance. Managing training calendar to meet business demands

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepares Sales Trainers for effective delivery, by conducting orientation to sales process and products.
  • Monitors Training sessions for valuable feedback and inputs on training and also value adds to the session.
  • Develops individual coaching plans and refreshers for bottom quartile agents on the floor
  • Structures training plans to meet financial objectives
  • Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  • Updates and Maintain Knowledge articles and track usage.
  • Develop effective tools & rebuttals basis TNI from Quality Teams
  • Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities - (if applicable) : Yes

Education Qualification

BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
