Training Institute Co-ordinator

As the Institute Coordinator, you will be responsible for attending phone calls and addressing inquiries from students and other individuals. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with the admission and billing processes to ensure smooth operations within the institute. Your duties will also include entering student portfolios and marks into the official online system, as well as coordinating exam dates with the faculty members. It will be essential for you to maintain the library records and follow up on the classes" periodic table based on faculty availability. Furthermore, part of your responsibilities will involve handling inquiries from Home HealthCare staff regarding job opportunities, sharing interview schedules with potential candidates, and ensuring timely follow-ups with employees. The office hours for this position are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the salary will be determined based on your qualifications, skill set, and experience.
