• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Quick commerce retail staff on product/process and customer service.
• Train store teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Support the launch of new stores by providing pre-opening training and operational readiness support.
• Stay updated with the latest retail trends, tools, and customer experience strategies, and incorporate them into training modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, store performance metrics, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholder to identify training needs and build development plans and execute it.
• Time to time checking and providing feedback to update the training content.
