Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training & Development Manager - Sales, located in Gurugram. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs tailored to the sales team. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, delivering engaging training sessions, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs, and maintaining training materials up to date with industry best practices. The Training & Development Manager will work closely with the sales management team to ensure that training programs align with organizational and sales objectives.

• Skills in Employee Learning & Development and Instructional Design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
