Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic candidate who is eager to learn about our company and work closely with the Careers Preparation team to conduct research, capture data, train, and counsel students on a regular basis to make them placement ready.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Designing, developing, and delivering tailored and impactful training initiatives for our students
  • Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals
  • Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counselling to suit their skills
  • Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counselling programs
  • Evaluating individual and organizational development needs
  • Implementing various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job shadowing, online training)
  • Designing and delivering soft skills courses, workshops, and other training
  • Assessing the success of development plans and helping students make the most of learning opportunities
  • Maintaining the database of students and preparing to ensure that the students are placement-ready.
