The candidate is required to coordinate and manage trustâs training programmes for different stakeholders on the subjects pertaining to sustainable agriculture, livelihood, nutrition, and health. He/ She will also be responsible for developing new trainers and developing and upgrading the training materials according to the need. The successful candidate will be based out of Bhopal with frequent travel to partner locations. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop annual training calendar, including session-wise plans and schedules aligned with organizational goals. 2. Coordinate and execute training, sensitization, and awareness programs on Health, Nutrition, Anaemia, and Organic Kitchen Gardens for Nutrition (OKGN). 3. Ensure timely execution of teacher and Anganwadi trainings, in coordination with respective Program Coordinators (PCOs). 4. Identify, develop, and activate the pool of qualified trainers and resource persons, ensuring timely submission of their monthly/quarterly plans and tracking outcome-based deliverables. 5. Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) of partners, trainers, and master trainers to identify capacity gaps and plan suitable interventions. 6. Develop, adapt, and upgrade training materials and job aids based on learner needs and contextual relevance. 7. Implement quality assurance measures to minimize transmission loss across cascading training levels. 8. Conduct follow-up sessions and field visits to reinforce learning, assess training quality, and enhance trainee engagement. 9. Monitor and evaluate OKGN initiatives across Communities, Educational Institutions, and Anganwadis. 10. Maintain updated training registers, reports, and documentation in prescribed formats. 11. Coordinate with partner organizations, NGOs, and government departments to ensure effective training implementation. 12. Oversee the upkeep and implementation of OKGN model sites at the Institute for Nutrition Education (INE), Bhopal. 13. Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Director or Senior Management.
