Job Description

Role: Training Content Specialist

Experience:5 to 12 years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode:(4 days WFO and 1 day WFH)

Position Type: Permanent (FTE)

Shift Timings -UK Shift

Design and develop technical training materials including manuals, presentations, quizzes, videos, and interactive modules.
Deliver technical training sessions, both digitally (e-learning, webinars, tutorials) and in-person, following the Train-the-Trainer model.
Collaborate with technical experts, after-sales teams, and product specialists to ensure training content remains current with evolving vehicle technologies.
Produce high-quality digital content optimized for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Conduct effectiveness assessments through pre- and post-training evaluations, hands-on exercises, and feedback surveys.
Analyze LMS data to track learner performance, engagement, and training outcomes; apply insights to refine content.
Manage and implement diverse trainee assessment methodologies including branching scenarios, simulations, and diagnostic tasks.
Support the development and localization of training programs for national and international teams.
Support the Execution of the Marketing Calendar to support overall team goals.

Suggesting changes to improve the performance of future campaigns.
