Job Description

As a Training Coordinator at eClerx in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the Learning & Development (L&D) department. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar capacity, where you have successfully coordinated multiple training events in a corporate environment. Your responsibilities will include developing annual training plans for management, promoting available training sessions to employees, and ensuring that educational materials are designed and ordered effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of instructional design theory, learning management systems, and e-learning platforms. Proficiency in MS Office is essential as you will be responsible for creating various reports and dashboards. Strong communication skills are a must, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field is preferred. At eClerx, you will be expected to utilize established educational principles while keeping abreast of new training methodologies and techniques. Your ability to assess instructional effectiveness, gather feedback from trainers and trainees, and maintain up-to-date training records will be critical. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to enhance instructional design will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a retainer position with an initial agreement for one year, subject to renewal based on performance. The work mode is WFO (5 Days WFO), and the notice period ranges from immediate to 30 days.
