**Educational Qualification:** Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream

**Experience:** 5-7 years in a similar position

Are you passionate about guiding students towards successful career paths? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Training & Placement Officer. Your role will involve nurturing student talent, preparing them for the job market, and facilitating internships and placements.

**Placement Cell Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Developing placement policies and overseeing all placement cell operations

- Collaborating with students and faculty to maximize participation in placements and internships

- Liaising with organizations to gather job descriptions promptly and facilitate interview scheduling

- Enhancing placement quality by attracting top companies, improving job opportunities, and increasing average salaries annually

- Organizing industry training sessions, workshops, and seminars for students in partnership with leading companies

- Conducting regular meetings with faculty to ensure timely portfolio submissions and boost student engagement in placements and internships

- Arranging summer internships with potential for final placements

**Career Guidance:**

- Providing regular counseling to students to enhance job acceptance rates

- Aligning student skills with market job requirements and expectations

- Guiding students through interview preparation and evaluation processes

- Supporting students from interviews to onboarding, ensuring a seamless career transition

- Offering information, advice, and guidance through various channels to facilitate student success

**Skills Required:**

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2. Upholding high levels of integrity

3. Industry demographic knowledge is advantageous

4. Proficiency in MS Excel

5. Readiness to travel as per professional demands
