Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Placement Officer (TPO) at CT Group of Institutions, located in Jalandhar I. The TPO will be responsible for coordinating campus recruitment drives, building and maintaining relationships with employers, and ensuring maximum placement opportunities for students. The role also involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance students soft skills, technical knowledge, and career readiness. Regular collaboration with academic staff and industry professionals to align training with market trends is crucial.

• Strong skills in Campus Placement processes and College Recruiting activities
• Effective Communication and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with employers and students
• Proficiency in Training and Soft Skills development for student career preparation
• Experience leveraging industry connections to identify placement opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is an added advantage
• Ability to organize events and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with industry trends and employer expectations is a plus
