📢 We’re Hiring: Training and Placement Officer at VSIT Vidyalankar School of Information Technology (VSIT), a NAAC ‘A’ Grade accredited institution with a legacy of excellence in higher education, invites applications for the role of Training and Placement Officer (TPO). --- About the Role As the Training and Placement Officer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between academia and industry for our undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will drive initiatives that enhance students’ employability, build strong industry connections, and ensure smooth campus recruitment processes. --- Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and strengthen corporate relations for placements and internships ✅ Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions ✅ Guide students on career planning, resume building, interview skills, and soft skills ✅ Maintain and expand the database of recruiters and alumni network ✅ Coordinate with academic departments to align training with industry needs ✅ Prepare placement reports and contribute to institutional growth through placement performance --- Desired Profile ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Management/Engineering/Technology or related fields) ✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Career Services in an educational institution or similar role ✔️ Strong networking and communication skills ✔️ Proactive, organized, and student-centric approach ✔️ Ability to build lasting relationships with industry partners
